Refund Policy for Services For services like testing (e.g., blood testing, COVID testing), refunds, if requested more than 24 hours before the appointment, will be issued minus £40 to cover administrative and bank charges. No refunds are available thereafter. We are not responsible for delays due to laboratory processing times and do not provide refunds or compensation in such cases.

Custom Fees
Failure to clear customs fees will result in a return charge deducted from the refund amount.
